1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using HavocTech Armory's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase firearms and 21 years old to purchase handguns. By using this site, you confirm that you meet these age requirements and are legally permitted to purchase firearms in your jurisdiction.

3. Compliance with Laws

All firearm purchases must comply with federal, state, and local laws. Purchasers are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. HavocTech Armory reserves the right to refuse any sale that may violate applicable laws.

4. FFL Transfer Requirements

All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Purchasers are responsible for providing valid FFL information and coordinating the transfer with their chosen dealer. Additional transfer fees may apply at the receiving FFL dealer.

5. Background Checks

All firearm purchases require a successful background check through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) or equivalent state system. HavocTech Armory will not complete any transaction for individuals who fail background checks or are prohibited from owning firearms.

6. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content is accurate, complete, or error-free. Product specifications may change without notice.

7. Pricing and Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time. Product availability is not guaranteed until payment is processed and confirmed.

8. Payment Terms

Payment must be received in full before items are shipped. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Firearms will only be shipped to valid FFL dealers. Shipping times and costs vary based on location and shipping method selected. HavocTech Armory is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or FFL dealers.

10. Returns and Refunds

Firearms may be returned within 3 days of receipt at the FFL dealer if unfired and in original condition. Ammunition and certain accessories may not be returnable. Restocking fees may apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

11. Warranty

Products are covered by manufacturer warranties. HavocTech Armory makes no additional warranties beyond those provided by manufacturers. Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer.

12. Limitation of Liability

HavocTech Armory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.

13. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

14. Privacy

Your use of HavocTech Armory is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect and use your data.

15. Prohibited Activities

You may not use this site to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Purchase firearms for prohibited individuals (straw purchases)
• Resell firearms without proper licensing
• Provide false information during the purchase process
• Attempt to circumvent age or eligibility requirements

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

17. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which HavocTech Armory is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
